- Multiple submissions
If you are someone who will need to make multiple submissions for different vendors, you may want to make use of Google Chrome’s Auto-fill feature to auto complete your email address, name, phone, etc. Copy and paste this into your Chrome browser url: chrome://settings/addresses - Tab button
Using the [tab] button in a form is a great way to advance the cursor from one form field to the next form field. Also, Shift + [tab] to go backward.
- SKU(s) — Suppliers can submit up to 3 SKUs, unless additional SKUs were purchased with Wesco.
- AD(s) — Suppliers can submit up to 3 Ads (Half Page or Quarter Page), based on what was purchased with Wesco. Full Page Ads are reserved for suppliers who purchased a Featured Package with Wesco.
- Please provide a vector format logo (.ai, .eps, or .svg) of your most up-to-date logo version.
- If a vector format is not available, please provide a 300dpi logo image (.tif, .jpg, or .png), or highest resolution available.
- Please provide 300dpi product images, or highest resolution available.
- You can provide a URL Link in the form field for us to download the image or upload your image file.

- Please provide art file(s) as an 8.5" x 11" (full-page vertical ad), 7.5" x 4.72" (half-page horizontal ad) or 7.5" x 2.3" (quarter-page horizontal ad) size, all with .125 bleed included on all 4 sides of layout.
- If providing design source files, please provide as “packaged” files that include all fonts, and all linked images. Please provide 300dpi product images, or highest resolution available.
- If providing high-resolution PDF, please ensure the 0.125” bleeds are included on all 4 sides of layout in PDF.
- If you’d like us to create an ad for you, please provide content in a zipped folder for your ad (300dpi high-res images or highest resolution available, high-res vector logo, copy, etc.)
- Once all content is ready to submit, please create a ZIP folder with all files.
